The rates listed on this site exclude taxes and are subject to change without notice. Tipping is at your discretion. - Arrival time :
We suggest you get to the spa 30 minutes before your appointment. A locker and a bathrobe will be at your disposal. - Cancellation policy :
You will not be charged for cancelling a reservation 24 hours or more before your appointment, but a fee equivalent to 100% of the value of the reserved spa treatments will be charged to your credit card if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. - Attire :
Bring your bathing suit if you plan to use the pools, hot tubs, saunas or steam baths. - Massage therapy :
Our massage therapists are all members in good standing of a duly recognized Quebec association or federation. Insurance receipts can be issued for services rendered and should be requested when you arrive. Let us know if you are pregnant, as some of our treatments may not be appropriate for pregnant women. - Relaxation areas and thermal experience :
If you’d like to relax between or after treatments, the spa has four comfortable lounges serving herbal teas and nuts, and you can enjoy access to the thermal experience for 3 hours. - Special requests :
