Jérémie Félissard : Before settling in Montreal in 2003, Jérémie studied and worked in several renowned kitchens in France for several years where he was able to acquire his gastronomic knowledge. In 2008 with 2 of his close friends, he opened the Barroco restaurant in the heart of Old Montreal. 10 years later, his very first restaurant, the Barroco, obtained an excellent reputation not only for its hospitality and warm atmosphere, but also for Jérémie's cuisine, highlighting European know-how and the Quebec region. Since then, there has been the opening of Bocata, Foiegwa, Atwater Cocktail Club, Fugazzi Pizza and Milky Way in which he acts as Executive Chef. In addition to all these projects, Jérémie has participated in many festivals, competitions and charity events that make him an experienced and generous Chef.
