Sauna cause sweating, which helps eliminate toxins from the body. They also naturally increase blood flow, stimulate the immune system, ease muscle and joint pain, and are effective against insomnia and stress. A must before your treatments to maximize their effectiveness!

2. Cold basin or cold shower
After your sauna, help your body cool down in our cold plundge or a gold shower. An ideal way to get the blood pumping and rev up sluggish organs!

3. Rest period
This break is essential to let your body rest and recover, so just sit back and relax for a few minutes. The Spa du Manoir has a cozy relaxation area that serves cold water and light snack. Enjoy!

4. Hot tub
Continue your heat therapy by allowing powerful hot tub jets to soothe your sore muscles. Savour this moment of peace and decompress. You’ve earned it!
