Opened in 1988 under the Delta banner, the Manoir Saint-Sauveur changed hands, and class rating, in 1992. Desiring to make it a prestigious address in the Laurentians, the family that bought the facility made numerous investments in order to expand, remodel and renovate the interior and exterior spaces. The changes were successful, as the hotel today is among the best institutions in the region both for accommodations and gastronomy.
